Gelmarc Distributors Inc., a restaurant equipment distributor, owns the property, where warehousing and light industrial buildings were located before they were demolished, according to a review of the application by the Township Community Development Department.
The developer would buy the land from Gelmarc, according to the application.
Trojan Self Storage, mentioned as the operator in the application, is a California-based self-storage company with buildings in several states.
An operations report from the developer stated the facility would operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, except on Sunday when the hours would be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
