* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties,
Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset and
southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks,
Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 836 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving
thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across portions of the
warned area. Between 0.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Several low lying locations have already seen flooding this
morning before those flood waters receded.  Additional heavy
rainfall will cause ponding of water in low lying areas
making some roads impassable.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area.

Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem,
South Brunswick, Ewing, West Deptford, Princeton, Bellmawr,
Yeadon and Woodbury.

Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 20 and
25...and
between mile markers 60 and 76.
Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 335 and
351.
Interstate 195 in New Jersey near mile marker 0.
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 13 and 40.
Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 1 and 3.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 341 and 359.

Middlesex, Morris, Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset,
Sussex, Warren and Western Monmouth, and Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern
Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks, Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper
Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected
across the area today. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per
hour possible. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible
with localized amounts to 3 to 5 inches which could cause
flash flooding.
