Cherry Hill Planning Board considers new restaurant signs at Cherry Hill Mall, subdivided residential lot.

The owner of property in Cherry Hill at 119 Wisteria Avenue, which runs from Chapel Avenue, is scheduled to ask the Township Planning Board on Monday, November 4, for permission to subdivide the lot into two.

One of the lots, where a single-family house would be built, would front on Wisteria and the other lot would front on Merchant Avenue. The applicant, and owner of the property, is FORG 2 LLC of Pleasant Valley Drive in Mount Laurel.

In other business, Kooma V LLC, Cooper Landing Road, proposes a site plan waiver with bulk sign variances to install two additional facade signs and construct a patio for outdoor dining at the Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar at the Cherry Hill Mall.

Resolutions of previous Planning Board decisions that are scheduled to be memorialized:

• RTR Pretzels LLC, approval of variances to convert the Universal Auto Repair shop on Route 70 into a retail Philly Pretzel Factory. Details of Philly Pretzel's one-block move previously were reported on 70and73.com here.
• TD Bank, approval of sign variance for 101 Springdale Road.
• Cherry Hill Nissan Inc., approval of sign variance for 2325 Route 38.
• CKNJ LLC, preliminary and major site plan approvals to construct a 2,220-square-foot addition to Gaw Technology, a light industrial building at 670 Deer Road.

The meeting begins with an open caucus at 7 p.m. followed by the public meeting at 7:30 p.m.
