Developer's application to the Cherry HIll Planning Board
A Vineland developer has applied to the Cherry Hill Planning Board to build a 25,000-square-foot "flex space" building with box truck loading and parking at the northwest corner of Woodcrest and Burnt Mill roads.
Applicant VCC 100 Woodcrest Road LLC, associated with Vineland Construction Co., is scheduled to testify to the board at its meeting next Monday and present the preliminary and final major site plans for approval. The site, a grassy lot, is across Burnt Mill Road from Bryant Road and a residential neighborhood.
VCC 100 Woodcrest Road, which plans 27 parking spaces, also seeks a zoning variance because a maximum of 20 spaces are permitted, according to a review letter from the Cherry Hill Community Development Department. Ten parking/loading spaces for box trucks are not included in the 27 spaces.
The Zoom meeting caucus is at 7 p.m. and the regular meeting is at 7:30.
A flex building is a permitted use in the Township's Industrial Restricted Zoning District, according to a review letter from board engineer Stacey Arcari of Environmental Resolutions Inc. of Mount Laurel. The 3.04-acre site is next to the Victory Refrigeration Redevelopment Area.
