How are you with a shovel? Volunteer at Sunday's MLK Day of Service in Cherry Hill Township trail clean-up.

Pull on the layers this Sunday to participate in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service and grab a shovel, rake or other tool for Cherry Hill trail work.

The Township Environmental Board is enlisting volunteers for an afternoon of service from 1 to 4 p.m. beginning at Croft Farm, 100 Bortons Mil Road. Volunteers get their job assignments at the meeting.

Projects include trail improvements, invasive species removal, trash pick-up and other tasks. Volunteers under 14 need a parent/guardian present.
