Developer's application to the Voorhees Zoning Board of Adjustment
A plan to repurpose an eight-story Voorhees office building into 96 senior apartments next to the Voorhees Town Center was approved Thursday evening by the Township zoning board.
The developer, Pinnacle Luxury Residences LLC of New Hope, Pennsylvania, expects to submit the second phase of the project to the board in the next 45 days or so, according to the Township.
A second phase would add 16 additional senior apartments to the converted top deck of the parking garage at Laurel Road and Britton Place.
Other amenities for the completed complex would include a pool, clubhouse, tenant pickleball courts, a fine-dining restaurant, wine-tasting room, billiard room, movie theater and indoor pool, according to the developer's application before the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The restaurant would have 65 customer seats and cover 4,486 square feet, according to information provided to the Township by the applicant.
When complete, the complex would have 36 one-bedroom units and 76 two-bedroom units. The complete project would have 260 parking spaces, including ground level and in the parking structure.
