Three residential variance requests and one request for an extension are scheduled before the Mount Laurel Zoning Board of Adjustment at its meeting next week.
The meeting on Wednesday, February 4, begins at 6 p.m. at the municipal building, 750 Centerton Road. Here is the agenda.

Rocco Palmieri, ZB25-C-18, 304 Moonseed Place, Block 1602.02 L-32, R-4 zone. This applicant is seeking a variance from section 154-16 to allow a roof over a patio with a rear yard setback of 10.8 feet where 20 feet are required.
Dana McGrath, ZB25-C-21, 1429 Hainesport-Mt. Laurel Rd., Block 600 Lot 5, R-3 zone. This applicant is seeking a bulk variance to allow a garage with a height of 18 feet where 15 feet is permitted.
Jiang Heng, ZB25-C-22, 10 Richland Drive, Block 602 Lot 13.09, R-3 zone. This applicant is seeking bulk variances from section 154-64, to allow an accessory structure 13.5 feet high where12 feet is permitted, 154-64 to allow a second accessory structure, 154-63 to allow 23% lot covered by buildings where 15% is allowed, 154-65, to allow an accessory structure to be 1512square feet where 1,000 square feet is allowed and possibly a variance from 154-16 for setbacks.
RARCapital, LLC., ZB26-D-01, 538 Fellowship Rd., Block 1204 Lot 6, I zone. This applicant is seeking a one year extension of a temporary use. The Temporary Use was approved for fleet parking as a primary use on January 15, 2024.
