The Birchfield Community Services Association, representing homeowners in the subdivision near Laurel Acres Park in Mount Laurel, wants an upgrade.
Association members are asking Planning Board approval to replace the existing pool house with a new one.
The association, represented by Moorestown lawyer Thomas J. Coleman III, is scheduled to appear before the board at a meeting next Thursday.Â
