The developer that last April received Moorestown Planning Board permission to build 19 townhouses off East Camden Avenue is scheduled to go before the board again on Thursday with revisions to the original plan.

Developer Ventresca/Verdi needs to adjust the configuration of the 19 units because of potential impacts on the wetlands buffer, according to a review letter from Planning Board engineer Christopher J. Noll of Environmental Resolutions Inc. of Mount Laurel.

The development would be at 201 and 125 East Camden Avenue, east of Lenola Road and across from Revere Avenue.

Joseph Ventresca and Catherine Verdi, who both list Moorestown addresses, own the project developer, according to the board application.

The change in the approval memorialized by a Planning Board resolution on April 4, 2024, was necessary to "provide additional transition between the project and wetlands located on the northern end of the site," according to the application.
