Randy Brolo was sworn-in as a Burlington County commissioner on Saturday in the Board's meeting room by Burlington County Clerk Joanne Schwartz. 

A new member has been added to the Burlington County Commissioners, the county's governing body: Randy Brolo of Lumberton.

He replaces Balvir Singh, who now serves as a New Jersey Assembly member from the 7th Legislative District.

Brolo is the South Jersey business development manager for the Laborers' International Union of North America.

His previous government experience included serving on the Rancocas Valley Regional High School Board of Education, as a Mount Holly Municipal Authority commissioner and as a member of the Lumberton Planning Board.
